Case Studies

The work, anonymised.

A selection of engagements from recent years, shared with client permission and, where required, anonymised to protect the confidentiality we extend to all our work.

A note on discretion

Why these case studies look the way they do.

Much of our work cannot be discussed publicly. Senior appointments, succession conversations, and board composition decisions are by their nature confidential, and remain so for years after the engagement is complete. We will never publish anything a client has asked us to protect.

The case studies below are shared with our clients' express permission. Several have been anonymised at the client's request, without altering the substance of what was delivered. Each illustrates a different kind of engagement, a different sector context, or a different phase of the methodology we apply to every mandate.

For a direct conversation about comparable engagements in your own context, we would welcome your enquiry.
